Weekend Fun!

GIRLS NIGHT OUT!

Friday night, Ryan kept the girls for me so I could go out with a couple of the girls I used to work with at the bank, Kayla & Amanda. We've decided that we are going to start doing this atleast once a month so that we can catch up on the past month's events and for us to just have a fun girls night out! This time we went out to eat and bowling!

We had ALOT of fun and I can't wait until next month!

WHEN I GOT HOME...
My sister, niece, nephew, and mom were at my house! They came in for the girls' dedication on Sunday.

On Saturday, he decided to skip his nap and hang out with his mommy and Aunt Leah...He finished off the canister of animal crackers and tried to fight sleep as long as he could, but...

the poor little guy eventually gave up!

ON SATURDAY NIGHT... Ryan went to Lurton for the youth event he put on...ILLUMINATE.5 (Camp was in June and the main youth event, ILLUMINATE is held in November, so this is a smaller youth event for the kids to have in between...so that's why it is called ILLUMINATE.5 (or illuminate and a 1/2...if you will.) :-) The event consists of funny skits...

Worship...

The Word (Ryan preaching) ...and just a lot of fun!!

I didn't go because my family was in, but Ryan said there was a HUGE turnout and it was a big success!

AFTER THE DEDICATION ON SUNDAY...We all went over to Ryan's parents house and his mom had an AWESOME meal prepared! Pork Tendorloin, Squash Casserole, Baked Beans, Rolls...
Maccoroni, Cole Slaw, and my favorite...MASHED POTATOES!
Then...to top it all off was her famous DING DONG CAKE with strawberrys! It's actually made like the Hostess Ding Dongs with cake and the white cream filling in the middle!

It was SO GOOD!
Since lunch was after the girls' dedication, my family was there...
so the "Todds" & "Taylors" were all together!
This rarely happens, so everyone was enjoying getting to visit!

Lily & Lucy wanted to get down in the floor and play too, but it was almost naptime and they were worn out from the day's events! We had a great time and enjoyed seeing all of our family!
