Little sister...still a copycat!

Hello all! I want to start off by saying that this blog was created thanks to the idea from my sister! She started one for her beautiful family and I thought I would copycat the idea! So thanks Angie (since you're probably the only one reading this!)

Just a little update...

Ryan and I are awaiting the very soon arrival of our twin baby girls, Lily and Lucy, that will be here no later than April 9th (or the 8th..if we can change the date to Angie's b-day!) I'm about 33 weeks along and my doctor decided to put me on moderate bedrest this past Monday. Nothing real serious going on, my blood pressure was up just a tad, but overall, we're all three doing pretty well! I thought I would really enjoy relaxing everyday, but it sure did get old after about the second day! That's another reason for this blog....to keep me busy! That way I won't have to bother my husband all day with irrelevant phone calls! Anyway, the doctor says these girls could come anytime and would be just fine, so we're just waiting! At the last ultrasound Lily weighed 3lbs7oz and Lucy weighed in at a hefty 4lbs even! We've been working (or I should say Ryan has been working) very hard on getting all the pre baby stuff done! Their room is coming together, but as all the "baby gear" arrives (ie...carseats, pack 'n plays, bouncy seats, and baby shower gifts) our house looks like a pink baby bomb went off! There are pink clothes and pink baby stuff EVERYWHERE!!! Did I mention their room is very pink too!!! Wow! It can all be overwhelming at times, but the excitement to see those sweet girls outweighs all the other crazy stuff! Here are a few prego pictures and the baby room progression!

After! (Savvy Pink!)
Here are their beds right after "daddy" got them up!

Today I should be sorting through piles of baby clothes, but instead I decided to blog about all the things I should be doing! I guess I will go and try to be somewhat productive today (as much as I can by sitting on the couch!)
Thank you all for listening to me ramble on and I hope you all have a great day!!!

Love,
The Taylor Family!!!
